No attorney-client relationship is formed by browsing this site, submitting a general inquiry, or beginning an intake form. An attorney-client relationship, and any duty of confidentiality specific to a matter, begins only when you have completed the applicable conflict check and executed the relevant written agreement (e.g., the limited-scope engagement agreement or the Legal Services / Representation Agreement) presented during that intake flow.
2. Use of AI-Assisted Tools

4. Deadlines Are Your Responsibility
Legal deadlines, including appellate and answer-filing deadlines, can be short and are strictly enforced. Using this website or submitting an intake form does not toll, extend, or otherwise protect any deadline. You are responsible for protecting your own deadlines unless and until we have entered into a written representation agreement covering that specific deadline.

The content, design, and functionality of this site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This site and its general content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site’s general content, as distinct from services rendered under a signed engagement agreement, which are instead governed by that agreement’s terms and applicable professional-responsibility rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
