About FairCounsel

FairCounsel was built to solve a problem seen again and again: litigants who lost at trial (or received an unfavorable order) considering an appeal without any candid, independent read on whether it’s actually worth the cost.

Every pre-appeal memo is personally reviewed and approved before it goes to a client. The goal is simple: give you an honest answer, even when that answer is “this isn’t worth appealing.”
