Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you use an intake form on this site, we collect:

• Contact information: name, phone number, email, and mailing address
• Case information you provide (court, case number, opposing party, case summary, etc.)
• Documents you upload (e.g., complaints, orders, filings, transcripts)
• Records of your agreement to our engagement terms, including timestamp and IP address

2. How We Use It

We use this information to:

• Run a conflict-of-interest check before agreeing to represent you
• Provide the legal service you requested (case review, document drafting, representation)
• Communicate with you about your matter
• Assign your matter to an available attorney

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. AI-Assisted Processing

To speed up document review and first-draft preparation, case documents and the information you provide may be processed by a third-party AI service provider (currently Anthropic, maker of Claude) under that provider’s business terms, which restrict use of submitted content to providing the service and prohibit using it to train their models. Every AI-assisted draft is reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney before being relied upon or sent to you.

4. Where It’s Stored

Your information and uploaded documents are stored using Supabase, a cloud database and file storage provider, in access-controlled systems that are not publicly accessible. Documents are only accessible to our attorneys and staff working on your matter.

5. Confidentiality

Once an attorney-client relationship is formed, information relating to your representation is treated as confidential in accordance with the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.

6. Sharing

We share information only: (a) with service providers who help us operate this site and store data (e.g., Supabase, Anthropic) under confidentiality obligations; (b) as required by law, court order, or to protect our rights; or (c) with your consent, such as when a matter is referred to co-counsel.

7. Retention

We retain client file information consistent with our professional obligations under the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct and applicable record-retention requirements.

8. Your Choices

You can ask us what information we have about you or request corrections by contacting us at cmcclurg@adroitdrx.com. Where we are your attorney, some records must be retained regardless of a deletion request under our professional obligations.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
